For years public health advocates have partnered with local health care organizations, faith based organizations, and schools to improve the health of communities. Increasingly, companies and organizations are recognizing the value of connecting their employees with resources that are already available in their cities and towns.

One such example is partnering with local hospitals that have centers or programs for weight management or tobacco cessation groups.
