Bill joined the Fred C. Church family in 2013 as a VP and Personal Lines Manager. His career began at Morse, Payson & Noyes in Portland, Maine. As the Personal Lines Manager, Bill oversees our talented insurance professionals and works with many insurance carriers to deliver unique solutions to our clients while continually working to improve the customer experience. When he has a chance, Bill can be found working on his golf game or on the tennis court with his family.
