11:00 a.m.–12: 30 p.m. Interactive Workshop
This spring, John Booth from Volt.AI and Brian Murray from Reach Student Life Management will join us for the day. Both companies are actively engaged in campus safety and security strategies for educational institutions, and their insight will be invaluable to our interactive workshop.
In the morning workshop, we will review data, share insights, and engage participants in some friendly competition. Attendees will be able to establish a strong foundation on our forum topic—privacy, security, and safety—which they can further develop during the afternoon session.
1:00 p.m.–2:00 p.m. Exploring the Intersection of Campus and Student Privacy, Safety, and Security
Our afternoon session will build upon the key themes that were discussed in the morning, including:
Privacy: Managing the risks related to sensitive student and campus data.
Security: The use of and preferred practices for using cameras on campus.
Safety: Strategies for keeping students safe at all times, both with and without technology.
Leaders from all levels within your institution will come away with resources and actionable strategies that can be implemented at your schools.
