We consider claims performance and handling to be an important measure of success in any insurance relationship. It is critical that we communicate coverage issues right away, help support our clients in the presentation of their claim, and work to negotiate the very best possible settlement.
Reporting a Claim
We make it simple. To report a claim, just give us a call and a claims team member will be happy to assist you. Following your report, we will remain involved to monitor your claim status and give you regular updates. Call us Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm.
After Hours Procedures for Commercial Claims:
You can call our office and leave a message in our general mailbox and a claims representative will return your call the next business day. Or, you can wait until the next business day and call us. If the claim is of a serious nature (i.e. personal injury involved), you may call our answering service who will contact the appropriate Fred C. Church representative. The answering service can be reached by dialing 800-225-1865 and pressing 2 when prompted.
