Summary:

Fred C. Church is seeking an ambitious, outgoing, self-starter who is very detail oriented to join our personal lines team. The candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of customer service tasks including; general billing and policy questions, renewal reviews, new business quotes, remarketing accounts and performing regular risk assessments for current and prospective Fred C. Church clients. The right candidate is personable, has a strong customer service aptitude along with the ability to multi-task throughout the day.

Education and Experience Requirements

  • College Degree Preferred. High School Diploma or GED Required
  • Current Personal Lines License Preferred. If not currently licensed, it is required within 3 months of employment
  • Two or more years experience with a personal lines agency or insurance carrier

Other Skills

  • Strong working knowledge of Word, Excel and Microsoft Outlook preferred
  • Ability to compose clear and concise written correspondence
  • Experience with Winrater and the Registry a plus

Employee Benefits, Assistant Account Manager

Summary:

This individual is responsible for the internal administration and management of employee benefit programs for clients.

Essential Job Functions:

Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provides service for Account Managers, Account Executives and Senior Client Consultants as related to their clients’ employee benefits plans (including but not limited medical, dental, life, disability)
  • Prepare marketing presentations for prospects
  • QC renewal and marketing presentations, communication materials etc. for staff
  • Assist in printing, copying and binding materials
  • Sales assistance with gathering carrier enrollment materials, paperwork, signatures etc.
  • Doc Locator and Terrace filing of pertinent case data/materials in a timely fashion
  • After sale follow up with carriers to ensure transition/implementation went smoothly

    • Online system training/implementation

  • Monitoring of Employee Benefits field including attendance at seminars and classes to remain abreast of statistics and strategies in the field.

Commercial Lines Account Manager (Small Business)

Summary:

This individual is responsible for managing new and renewal policies to ensure timely and accurate coverage while providing superior customer service to clients in accordance with Commercial Guidelines.

Essential Job Functions:

Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ability to identify exposures, obtain underwriting information and provide appropriate insurance coverages for client
  • Timely response to client, underwriter and internal department requests
  • Analyze exposures for new and renewal clients; prepare comprehensive submissions for marketing
  • Recognize circumstances requiring assistance from Team Leader
  • Coordinate customer service with producer
  • Prepare accurate policy summaries and claim reports as needed
  • Work closely with internal departments: Claims, Sales, CSS and Accounting to achieve best outcome for client and agency

Client Support Associate, Commercial Lines

Summary:

This individual is responsible for providing functional and administrative assistance in support of Commercial Lines accounts.

Essential Job Functions:

Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist Team Members in all aspects of client support the renewal and/or claims review process by: (a) ordering claims data and experience rating information from carriers and insurance bureaus; (b) verifying annual premiums by policy; (c) updating schedules of insurance; and (d) preparing mod master reports to verify accuracy of bureau reports
  • With the direction of the Account Manager, perform Registry functions, certifications, form completions, and renewal stamping required to service commercial fleets
  • Assists Account Managers in producing account servicing documents such as certificates of insurance, schedules of insurance, renewal proposals, and pre-filled applications
  • Coordinate with Account Manager to follow up on open items and update Agency systems as per guidelines
  • Set-up new customer/prospect information in Terrace and Passport
  • Performs clerical functions in support of serving commercial accounts

Producer/Account Executive, Private Client Group

Summary:

The Private Client Group Personal Lines Producer works independently and with referral sources to identify and call upon affluent prospects in need of sophisticated personal insurance products and risk management solutions.
