Account Manager

Summary:

Fred C. Church is seeking an ambitious, outgoing, self-starter who is very detail oriented to join our personal lines team. The candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of customer service tasks including; general billing and policy questions,
renewal reviews, new business quotes, remarketing accounts and performing regular risk assessments for current and prospective Fred C. Church clients. The right candidate is personable, has a strong customer service aptitude along with the ability
to multi-task throughout the day.

Education and Experience Requirements

  • College Degree Preferred. High School Diploma or GED Required
  • Current Personal Lines License Preferred. If not currently licensed, it is required within 3 months of employment
  • Two or more years experience with a personal lines agency or insurance carrier

Other Skills

  • Strong working knowledge of Word, Excel and Microsoft Outlook preferred
  • Ability to compose clear and concise written correspondence

Claims Representative

Summary:

A Personal Insurance Claims Representative, will be responsible for, advising clients throughout the claims process, reporting of loss, and positively advocating on behalf of the client.

Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Recognize each client’s needs and respond to those needs with suggestions and recommendations regarding their insurance and their loss.
  • Report and set up losses immediately. Assist and advise clients of what to expect next.
  • Review coverages with client and explain if underinsured.
  • Advise Company of possible fraud cases.
  • Understand carrier’s procedures and requirements and be familiar with their website.
  • Document all conversations with clients and companies.
  • Develop and maintain a working knowledge of the agency’s management system.

Producer/Account Executive, Private Client Group

Summary:

The Private Client Group Personal Lines Producer works independently and with referral sources to identify and call upon affluent prospects in need of sophisticated personal insurance products and risk management solutions. In addition to new business

Account Manager (Small Business)

Summary:

This individual is responsible for managing new and renewal policies to ensure timely and accurate coverage while providing superior customer service to clients in accordance with Commercial Guidelines.

Essential Job Functions:

Service and Support

Summary:

This individual is responsible for verifying the accuracy of new and renewal policies, endorsements, audits and cancellations in accordance with established commercial guidelines.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Review endorsements, audits and cancellations to ensure accuracy; enter/update the data into computer system; and forward to client via Passport or USPS.
  • Verify new and renewal policies against quotes, expired policy, and all computer system information. Order corrections as necessary, update computer detail, and forward the insured’s copy as directed by internal procedures.

Risk Management Consultant

Summary:

This individual will be responsible for supporting our Commercial Lines Department by assisting clients with risk management and safety initiatives. This client facing role requires exceptional communication skills as writing and public speaking are required. Individuals in this role must be able to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and work well in both a team environment and independently.

Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities

This individual will assist our clients with strategic risk management assistance involving all lines of coverage. This includes loss analysis and trending, researching and responding to safety and risk management questions, on-site visits and surveys, developing informational and/or training materials and presenting same.

  • Maintain and manage client relationships in a professional manner
  • Utilize resources within the agency such as carrier and regulatory websites
  • Build and implement policies and procedures
  • Organize and facilitate Safety/Risk Management committees.
  • Conduct risk evaluations in coordination with carriers and loss control.
  • Provide guidance and resources for client based on loss control recommendations
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and Account Executives as a resource

Skills and Abilities

  • Strong safety background – OSHA, DOL, DOT, FMCSA and other regulatory agencies preferred.
