Summary:

Fred C. Church is seeking an ambitious, outgoing, self-starter who is detail oriented to join our personal lines team. The candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of customer service tasks for our personal insurance customers.

Essential Job Functions:

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Handle all customer questions with regards to their personal insurance
  • Manage all billing and coverage inquires
  • Conduct annual account reviews at renewal
  • Review book of business for growth opportunities by account rounding, adding policy features and asking for referrals for new business
  • Follow all agency guidelines for quality customer service and continuously strive to provide the best possible customer experience
  • Collaborate with other members of the personal lines department
  • Ensure maximum retention by working to provide the best solutions for the client
  • Establish an understanding of all carrier websites

Education and Experience Requirements

  • College Degree Preferred. High School Diploma or GED Required
  • Current Personal Lines License Preferred. If not currently licensed, it is required within 3 months of employment.
  • Two or more years experience with a personal lines agency or insurance carrier.

Other Skills

  • Strong working knowledge of Word, Excel and Microsoft Outlook preferred.

Client Executive, Private Client Group

Summary:

The Private Client Group Personal Lines Producer works independently and with referral sources to identify and call upon affluent prospects in need of sophisticated personal insurance products and risk management solutions. In addition to new business generation, this position will work closely with management to define and implement the overall sales and marketing strategy of this department. Summary:

This individual will be responsible for the marketing and placement of Management Liability coverage lines (D&O, E&O, EPL, Fiduciary, K&R, Crime, Cyber) for all agency clients.

Summary:

Senior Client Consultant

Summary:

This individual is responsible for the creation, administration, management, and budgeting of employee benefit programs for clients. The position has minimal managerial oversight and requires a self motivated individual.

  • Constant monitoring of Employee Benefits field including attendance at seminars and classes to remain abreast of statistics and strategies in the field.
  • Negotiates with various vendors including insurance companies, third party administrators and medical facilities to provide services and products to clients and FCC.

Skills and Abilities

  • Advanced computer skills including, but not limited to, Excel, Power Point, Word, Adobe Pro.
  • Knowledge of employee benefits including funding methods, product lines, general benefits compliance
  • Life and Health Insurance License.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both individual and large group situations.
  • Demonstrate initiative and ability to work independently.
  • Demonstrate flexibility as priorities and deadlines shift, juggle multiple assignments.
  • Ability to work in and contribute to culture of teamwork and cooperation.
  • Ability to manage a diverse group effectively and promote diversity
  • Be accountable for responsibilities of the position, meet deadlines, and live up to commitments.
  • Regular and reliable attendance.
  • Consistent attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
  • Adherence to all personnel policies, procedures and rules contained in the Employee Handbook.
  • Ability to maintain professional and productive relationships with other staff, working closely with other departments where applicable.
  • Ability to maintain professional and cordial relationships with customers, clients, and co-workers.
  • Ability to adapt to change and manage stressful situations professionally.

Education and Experience Requirements

  • College degree preferred.
  • At least 5 years of employee benefit program experience preferred.
  • Designations preferred. Must be working towards CEBS, RHU, CLU or other similar designation.
  • Driver’s license in good standing.

Physical Requirements

  • Standing for up to three hours at a time;
  • Walking;
  • Lifting and carrying a minimum of five pounds;
  • Sitting for up to seven hours per day;
  • Going up and down stairs approximately two times per day;
  • Working on a computer with multiple monitors for seven hours per day;
  • Speaking and listening clearly during telephone conversations;
  • Ability to travel to prospects, clients, company meetings, etc.
  • Day and overnight travel required.
