We take control of this process for our clients so that they can concentrate on what they do best - taking care of patients/clients. As part of our Service Plan, we outline how we will manage your claims in the most effective manner using regularly scheduled claim review meetings in conjunction with ad-hoc teleconferences to deal with emergency claim issues.

Safety Programs: 

We have the experience and service capacity to take your Safety Programs to the next level. We understand the Loss Drivers that are inherent to your industry, such as Client Related Injuries, Strains & Sprains, Slips & Falls, as well as your Auto Fleet exposure. We will help you design a Safety Program that drives down claim frequency while helping to create a “Safety Culture” within your organization.

Our goal is to become part of your Insurance Team.  Buying your insurance is just the beginning for us.  What makes us different is how hard we work after finding you the most competitive program.  We take ownership of your claims review process so you don’t have to. We become a part of your Safety Committee because this is where we can have the most impact on your premiums. We spell out what services we will provide clearly in our Service Timeline.  This document outlines our accountabilities to you throughout the policy year. In many cases, we work with our clients to design a three- or five-year plan aimed at addressing long-term goals.

Team Approach: 

Non-Profits are one of the most challenging classes of business for insurance. For this reason, our Health & Human Services Division operates in a team environment, providing two Account Executives, an Account Manager, and in-house Claims and Loss Control Specialists to handle each account.
