Church, Inc.’s Lowell headquarters.  Stephen Dee, Commercial Service Representative, brings 31 years of insurance experience.  He is a licensed Property & Casualty, Life Accident & Health Insurance Producer, Notary Public, and holds the CIC designation.  He is a graduate of Bentley College.  John Deignan, Commercial Account Manager, is a licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Producer and has 4 years of insurance experience.  He is a licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Producer and Notary Public.  John received his B.A. in Political Science from Villanova University.
