Earthquake

Realizing that for most people their home is probably their largest asset, protecting it makes good sense.  Unfortunately, earthquake coverage is not provided under the standard homeowner policy.  A separate earthquake coverage endorsement must be added.

Actual earthquake damage to a home's structural integrity and its contents along with loss caused by landslide, settlement, mudflow, and the rising, sinking, and contracting of earth, may be covered if the damage is the direct result of an earthquake.
