Jodi Colena, an employee of Fred C. Church Insurance, has earned the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation.  In order to receive the CIC designation, Jodi had to demonstrate her professional competence through the successful completion of the five CIC institutes (20 hours of instruction per institute) and comprehensive written examinations focusing on all major fields of insurance, insurance management and agency operations.    Colena joined the agency in 2006 and is a Commercial Team Leader working in the agency’s Lowell headquarters.  She is a licensed insurance producer and holds the CIC, CISR, CSRM and AIS designations.
