Donna Harder, an employee of Fred C. Church Insurance, has earned the designation of Certified Risk Manager (CRM).  The Certified Risk Managers International (CRM) designation demonstrates knowledge in all areas of managing risks, hazards, and exposures.  The five, 2-1/2 day courses, followed by exams, provide an in-depth knowledge about today’s highest priorities – identifying, analyzing, controlling, financing, and administering operational risks – as well as political risks, catastrophic loss exposures, third-party exposures, fiduciary exposures, employee injury exposures, juridical risks, legal risks, and more – whether insurable or not.  Harder joined the agency in 2004 and is a Commercial Team Leader working in the agency’s Lowell headquarters.  She is a licensed insurance producer and holds the CIC, AAI, CRM, and CISR designations.
