Claire is the Team Leader for the Portsmouth branch office. Claire has responsibility for coordination of client services for all clients handled by the Portsmouth branch including account management of some of our largest education clients. Deanna Bullock, AIC
Deanna is the Commercial Claims Team Leader. She is responsible for the initial contact on all claims for client response and insurer reporting purposes. Deanna also handles the management of all claims from initial notification to final payment, the communication of claims updates to clients as well as the Fred C. Church team, and the oversight of regular follow-up on all outstanding claims. Deanna has senior claims-handling responsibility for all Fred C. Church education clients. Jeffery Burke
Jeff is a Vice President at Fred C. Church and our Risk Management Consultant. Jeff handles loss prevention and safety management. Jeff’s responsibilities include assisting in the coordination of insurer loss prevention services, consulting on risk management questions and initiatives, and providing appropriate training and education sessions and information for University administration, faculty and staff. Jodi is the Education Team Leader based out of the Lowell office. She has senior-level responsibility for coordination of all client services within Fred C. Chris Duble, LIA
Chris is an Executive Vice President at Fred C. Church and an Account Executive. Overall, Chris is responsible for insurance programs, risk management strategies, and client service management. Bernadette is a Senior Commercial Account Manager. She is responsible for servicing the risk management needs of our education clients. Patricia MacKay, CPCU
Pat is a Vice President at Fred C. Church and an Associate Marketing Manager on the education team. Pat’s responsibilities within marketing management include the coordination of renewal marketing plans with client and service teams, the developing of premium budget projections with underwriters, presentations of renewal packages to underwriters, and the negotiation of renewal pricing, coverage and services.
