We use information about you only for the purpose of effecting, administering and servicing insurance applications, insurance policies and processing claims on your behalf. Although we are permitted by law to use our records in our business, WE DO NOT SELL TO OR SHARE YOUR INFORMATION WITH ANYONE OUTSIDE OF FRED C. CHURCH, INC. FOR MARKETING PURPOSES. If we employ any non-affiliated third party to perform any service or function on our behalf, we will require that the entity maintain the confidentiality of your information. We may disclose information about you at your direction or with your consent or as required by law.

We restrict access to your information only to our employees who require it in order to provide our products and services to you. We also maintain physical, technical and administrative safeguards to protect your non-public information.

Our Compensation

Fred C. Church, Inc. is compensated through commissions paid by insurance companies and/or fees paid by our clients. Some property/casualty and employee benefit carriers also offer contingent or profit sharing commissions. These additional commissions are based upon underwriting results and/or the volume of the overall book of business with that carrier. These payments are not guaranteed and have historically amounted to roughly 1 percent of total premiums placed.

Fred C. Church, Inc. recommends insurance carriers to our clients based on cost, coverage, service capability and financial security - not based on our compensation. It has always been our practice to leave the final selection of insurers to the discretion of our clients.
