Employee Benefits Account Manager Duties to include coordination of marketing of RFPs and renewals, coordination of proposals for all lines of coverage, implementation of client benefits program changes, and assisting producers with presentations and enrollment meetings. Strong knowledge of Group Medical, Dental, LTD, LTC, Life, Vision and other Group products necessary. Ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in servicing Employee Group Benefits Accounts. Additional requirements include working knowledge of MS office products and other relevant software, ability to establish and maintain working relationships with clients and carriers, excellent oral and written communication skills, Bachelor’s Degree, and attainment of Life & Health Producer License within 3 months of hire.
Commercial Service & Support - Lowell Limited client contact. Requirements include experience with mid- to large-size accounts, strong technical skills for policy review, audits, endorsements, policy renewals and check-in.
Commercial Account Manager (small accounts) - Lowell A minimum of three years of solid commercial insurance experience servicing small accounts is required. Additional requirements include outstanding customer service skills, strong technical knowledge and working knowledge of MS Office products.
Producers - Business Insurance, Personal Insurance, Group Benefits Highly motivated self-starters for new business development needed. Must be licensed, skilled at cross selling, and computer literate.
