Claire Bolduc, Jodi Colena and Sam Daume, employees of Lowell-based Fred C. Church Insurance, have received the insurance designation of Certified School Risk Manager (CSRM).  The CSRM Program is a career-building, five-part designation program for risk management education specialists.  The CSRM faculty is represented by the field's top practitioners and leaders.  Five intensive courses guide participants through the risk management process, emphasizing practice over theory.  To earn the CSRM designation, all five one-day courses must be completed and exams passed within three years.  Bolduc is a Commercial Team Leader in the agency's Portsmouth, NH office.  She is a long-time veteran of the insurance business and has been with Fred C. Church since 2003.  She is a licensed insurance producer and also holds the CIC, AAI and CISR designations. Colena is a Commercial Team Leader in the agency's Lowell headquarters.  She has been in the industry for 15 years and with Fred C. Church since 2006. She is a licensed insurance producer and also holds the CISR and ARM designations. Daume is a Vice President and Commercial Insurance Producer in the agency's Lowell headquarters.  He has been in the industry for 24 years and has been with Fred C. Church Insurance as a Personal Lines Account Representative in the agency's Westford office. Tenesha joins the agency with 1 ½ years of insurance experience and is a licensed Insurance Producer.  She received her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Massachusetts – Amherst.
